Manage and be held accountable for contractors, vendors, contracts, production schedules, and budgets Manage production of printed and web-based marketing materials and conference proceedings including, but not limited to, event invitations, swag, banners and other event communication deliverablesĬreate event marketing plans, show plans, briefing documents, and other deliverables Negotiate and prepare cost effective contracts with vendors at conferences, including convention center, hotels, food & beverage, and all service contractors Hold regular team meetings in order to facilitate communication and clarify roles and logistics

Update show plan and share with event participants. Work with internal stakeholders (Marketing, GEO, division, or corporate) on event timeline, intention of show, messaging, staffing, booth design, graphics, collateral and literature Manage budgets and ensures events stay within budget Work with Marketing to create yearly event plan based on marketing plans and budget and geared towards achieving stated goals. Works closely with internal NTR, Sales andProgramming departments to identify and create opportunities for cross-departmental collaboration at events Manages all client communication in regardsto event participation and execution Manages vendors/resources to includestaffing, security, F&B, structures, furniture, AV, etc Manages and optimizes all event relatedspace allocation and usage plan based on event requirements, includingacquiring all venues and space layouts needed for the event – logisticsĭevelops and manages event project scheduleand timeline to ensure optimum efficienciesĭesigns and manages event logistics toensure smooth event Manages and coordinates with stationclients and internal teams as well as with external vendors to successfullyexecute event programs Works with NTR Director to develop andimplement plans for special client projects and station event operations supplier requirements, customer service, inventory, event management,coordinator and onsite staffing, to deliver high performing and high qualityevents for our stations and clients
